Business Analyst

About the role

As a Business Analyst at COSMOTE Global Solutions NV, you will drive the optimisation of business processes and ensure that IT solutions align with business objectives. You will act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Produce comprehensive documentation such as business cases, process flows, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Collaborate with IT teams, project managers, and business units to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
• Support user acceptance testing and verify that solutions meet business needs.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis and testing.
• At least 3 years as a functional consultant for Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Strong communication skills in English and a team‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR (assignments, workforce structures, position synchronization, self‑service journeys, workflows, compensation, salary, grade ladders, etc.).
• Oracle HCM Security (areas of responsibility, data roles, auditing).
• Data analysis, data migration and mass uploads using HDL and Spreadsheet Loader.
• Integration between Oracle Cloud HCM and external systems.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM (implementation or functional administration) – a plus.
