Business Analyst – Financial Services (Luxembourg)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join a leading financial services client in Luxembourg. The role is on‑site and focuses on driving stakeholder workshops, shaping business processes, and supporting iterative delivery of Microsoft‑based applications.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and lead cross‑bank workshops with business and IT stakeholders to clarify requirements and align on target processes.
• Analyse current (AS‑IS) processes and design future (TO‑BE) processes for briefing preparation and management.
• Elicit, consolidate and maintain business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Use Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint preparation and implementation tracking.
• Support functional testing, log defects and manage change requests.
• Act as the central liaison between business stakeholders, the Project Manager and technical delivery teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering business applications with Microsoft tools.
• Strong facilitation skills for stakeholder workshops and requirement‑gathering sessions.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear user stories and functional specifications.
• Experience working in an iterative, delivery‑driven environment.
