Business Analyst – Finance & Customer Journey

About the role

Our client, a leading bank in Luxembourg, is seeking a Business Analyst / Customer Journey Expert to join the Invest tribe. Working in an Agile squad, you will collaborate with Product Owners, IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance and other specialists to design and improve end‑to‑end funds products and customer journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Own and enhance funds services and related customer journeys, ensuring simplicity, reliability and high satisfaction.
• Define and execute the customer‑journey strategy for Daily Banking & Finance while aligning with regulatory, risk, compliance and security frameworks.
• Participate actively in all sprint events, support backlog prioritisation and help improve the squad’s ways of working.
• Perform data analysis, introduce measurement tools and ensure improvement initiatives are data‑driven.
• Monitor key metrics such as customer satisfaction, availability, incidents, cost/revenue and process quality.
• Manage a wide range of stakeholders, resolve customer complaints, incidents and operational issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Business Analyst role.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills and ability to balance differing priorities.
• Curious, proactive, with a strong drive to master Daily Banking and Invest products.
• Excellent customer focus and solid analytical and decision‑making abilities.
• Good understanding of banking operations and customer processes.
• Ownership mindset, team‑oriented and comfortable in an Agile environment.
