Business Analyst – Change & Transformation

About the role

Deloitte’s ACG Change & Transformation Unit is looking for a Business Analyst to act as the primary liaison between business teams, the Digital Factory and IT. You will help shape end‑to‑end testing strategies, ensure governance, and drive high‑impact improvements for leading asset managers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive business testing strategy aligned with project, regulatory and customer goals.
• Oversee multiple test types and scopes, ensuring quality, optimisation and completeness of solutions.
• Establish governance and reporting frameworks to manage risks and provide clear status to stakeholders.
• Validate end‑to‑end processes, functional flows and integrations against strategic objectives.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration between business, technology and testing teams.
• Implement risk‑ and value‑driven testing practices focused on mitigation and measurable outcomes.
• Monitor functional scope to prevent creep, maintain traceability and uphold quality across programs.
• Mentor and develop high‑performing test teams, fostering domain expertise.
• Leverage automation, analytics and AI to improve testing efficiency and time‑to‑market.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for overall business testing quality and visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (field not specified).
• Proven experience in business analysis, testing governance and risk‑focused testing practices.
• Strong understanding of asset‑management reporting processes and data governance.
