Business Analyst – 12‑Month Contract (Luxembourg)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our EUOS analytics workstreams on a 12‑month contract in Luxembourg. The role sits at the intersection of data, vendor coordination, and energy performance analytics, supporting Measurement & Verification (M&V) activities aligned with IPMVP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with utility vendors to ensure timely and accurate invoice data submission.
• Work with procurement teams to define, document, and enforce vendor data requirements.
• Engage key suppliers on API availability, technical readiness, and onboarding processes.
• Produce discrepancy reports and escalate data quality issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Lead dashboard creation for M&V programme topics, linking sub‑metering data with savings calculations.
• Ensure all M&V methodologies adhere to IPMVP standards.
• Liaise with programme teams to gather updates, operational insights, and performance data.
• Conduct statistical analysis to validate energy and carbon savings across programme areas.

Required profile

• Proven background in energy, utilities, or sustainability analytics.
• Strong capability in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management.
• Experience with API integrations, data pipelines, or supplier onboarding.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
