About the role
CTGE is seeking a Board Office Assistant to support corporate governance and board operations for its Luxembourg platform and Latin American entities. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, preparing board materials, and providing day‑to‑day administrative support.
Key responsibilities
- Support and execute corporate governance activities for six Luxembourg entities, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate Board of Directors’ operations for CTG Latam, including meeting organization, agenda preparation, minute drafting, and action‑item tracking.
- Provide administrative and operational support for the Luxembourg office, handling office coordination and general tasks.
- Maintain corporate records and documentation, guaranteeing accurate filing and compliance with internal standards.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers such as legal counsel and corporate service providers.
- Assist with ad‑hoc assignments related to governance, board operations, and office administration.
Required profile
- Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
- Up to 3 years of experience in corporate governance, company secretarial, or similar roles.
- Fluent Chinese (C2) and advanced English (C1); French (C1) is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Windows OS.
- Strong command of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
