Bid Manager

About the role

The Bid Manager is part of the Managed Services and Outsourcing / Datacenter hosting team. You will coordinate all phases of the proposal process, ensuring timely, compliant, and persuasive responses to customer requests while also negotiating and managing service contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate proposal efforts across sales, technical, finance, legal, and subcontractor teams.
• Lead bid/no‑bid decision making and manage proposal preparation.
• Produce and deliver professionally formatted proposals within customer timelines.
• Coach proposal writers on persuasive writing techniques.
• Maintain document templates aligned with company branding.
• Write, coordinate, and develop proposal content, editing technical inputs for clarity and compliance.
• Provide clear answers to customer inquiries and perform quality‑assurance checks on all deliverables.
• Track and report win/loss data to evaluate the proposal process.
• Maintain the business development document management system, including resumes, project descriptions, graphics, and photos.
• Negotiate and manage service contracts.

Required profile

• Proven track record of planning, producing, and delivering compliant proposals in complex environments.
• Experience leading kick‑off meetings, story‑boarding sessions, and final review meetings.
• Strong coordination and governance skills for proposal sign‑offs.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in both French and English.
