Associate Legal Product Counsel (FinTech)

About the role

As an Associate Legal Product Counsel you will support the development of new Satispay products and features, ensuring they meet regulatory, commercial and consumer law requirements. You will act as a strategic partner across the product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice and draft terms of service, promotional rules and customer‑facing documentation.
• Analyse complex regulatory and consumer law issues and liaise with authorities.
• Advise on financial, commercial and consumer law matters related to B2C and B2B expansion.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Strategy and Marketing teams to create balanced legal solutions.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of experience in technology, fintech or insurance sectors.
• Background in reputable law firms and/or in‑house legal departments.
• Strong understanding of payment schemes, wallet architectures and the fintech ecosystem.
• Ability to take smart risks and align regulatory requirements with business goals.
• Fluent in English and Italian with excellent communication and judgment.
