Assembly Technician – Refurbishing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Assembly Technician Refurbishing to join our manufacturing team in Luxembourg. You will be responsible for disassembling, troubleshooting, and reassembling PET cold halves, PET/closure hot runners and multi‑layer hot runners, ensuring tools meet customer specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Disassemble and reassemble beverage packaging tools, including legacy generations.
• Document each incoming tool precisely for customer traceability.
• Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues on tooling.
• Perform heat tests on all types of hot runners.
• Collaborate with project engineering, hot seat engineering and NC coordination to drive problem‑solving.

Required profile

• Technical education as a mold maker or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Self‑initiative, high personal integrity and strong reliability.
• Fluent English communication; German is a plus.
