Area Sales Manager – South East Region

About the role

As an Area Sales Manager for Tesla, you will lead retail sales and delivery operations across multiple locations in the South East region, based in Luxembourg. You will be responsible for setting growth strategy, driving performance and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional business strategy to achieve ambitious sales and delivery targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with sales leaders to capture them.
• Coach local managers, monitor KPIs and drive continuous operational improvement.
• Lead, build and develop a high‑performing management team, fostering an inclusive culture.
• Handle escalated customer cases and use trend analysis to enhance service quality.
