Airline Quality & Compliance Internship

About the role

Join the Airline Quality & Compliance team at LuxairAirlines as an intern and support the design, improvement and control of internal processes that ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing, improving and controlling internal processes across the airline.
• Liaise with various departments to gather requirements and provide training.
• Measure process effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Automate regulatory compliance monitoring using programming languages.
• Support the development of strategies to increase efficiency.
• Perform statistical analyses and recommend corrective actions.
• Help design process controls and build databases for monitoring.
• Contribute to innovation and enhancement of the compliance monitoring system.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Quality, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and process automation.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to maintain data confidentiality.
