AI & Machine Learning Engineer – Innovation & GenAI

About the role

Join Deloitte Luxembourg’s Innovation and GenAI team as an AI & Machine Learning Engineer. You will design, develop and deploy AI agents and intelligent algorithms that transform business operations and deliver real value for the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy robust machine‑learning pipelines on Deloitte’s platforms.
• Create scalable AI agents for task automation across service lines.
• Oversee development of intelligent applications integrated with enterprise‑ready workflows.
• Build and optimise APIs that connect AI models with broader business processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster knowledge sharing within the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing production‑grade AI/ML solutions.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Python.
• Strong knowledge of MLOps methodologies.
• Experience with cloud AI services such as Azure ML (or equivalent).
• Ability to design and deploy scalable APIs.
