AI Engineer – Advanced AI Solutions (F/M/X)

About the role

As an AI Engineer you will design, develop, deploy and optimise advanced artificial‑intelligence solutions for critical and secure environments. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver AI‑powered applications, machine‑learning models and data‑driven solutions while adhering to strict security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine‑learning solutions.
• Build, train, validate, and optimise predictive models.
• Develop scalable AI applications and integrate them into existing systems.
• Work with large datasets and implement data‑processing pipelines.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists and business stakeholders.
• Ensure model performance, reliability and maintainability in production.
• Participate in architecture decisions and technical roadmap discussions.
• Maintain documentation and share best practices across teams.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory and operational requirements.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of professional experience as an AI Engineer, ML Engineer, Data Scientist or equivalent.
• Proven experience in the defence sector or other highly regulated, security‑sensitive environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Fluent English.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
