AI-Assisted Application Developer (Front-End & Back-End)

About the role

Our client, a Luxembourg‑based holding company of a major industrial group, is looking for an AI‑Assisted Application Developer to help build innovative internal business applications. You will work on both front‑end and back‑end components, contributing to the company’s digital transformation journey.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from end users and internal stakeholders.
• Design and develop user interfaces, server‑side logic, databases, and APIs using modern web technologies.
• Build web‑based solutions such as portals, dashboards, data‑entry tools, reporting applications and business calculators.
• Ensure code quality through proper structure, readability, testing and documentation.
• Deploy applications in collaboration with the IT department and support hosting, security, backup and operational setup.
• Integrate authentication mechanisms with Entra ID / Azure, including Single Sign‑On.
• Maintain GDPR, Swiss data‑protection and internal cybersecurity compliance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Provide technical documentation, user guides, release notes and first‑line functional support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Development, Web Development or a related field.
• Recent graduates and junior candidates are encouraged to apply.
• 5‑7 years of professional experience in web development.
• Portfolio, GitHub profile or demonstrable project examples are highly valued.
