Accounting Manager – Flexible Hours, Satellite Office

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join a well‑established fiduciary firm in Strassen. The role combines technical accounting expertise, team leadership and client relationship management, while offering flexible working arrangements and a satellite office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a diversified portfolio of SPVs, SOPARFIs, holding companies and private‑equity/real‑estate structures.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team, including remote colleagues, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Oversee the preparation and review of annual financial statements from trial balance to statutory accounts.
• Review and validate corporate tax and VAT returns, working with internal tax specialists on complex transactions.
• Ensure high‑quality, accurate accounting work and compliance with Luxembourg regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum six years of accounting experience in Luxembourg, preferably within a fiduciary, PFS or Big Four environment.
• Proven experience leading or supervising a team.
• Fluent in German and strong command of French or English.
• In‑depth knowledge of SPVs, SOPARFIs, holding companies and investment vehicles.
