Account & Service Manager (Roaming, eSIM)

About the role

Vodafone is looking for an Account & Service Manager to drive customer experience and growth in managed roaming services, connectivity, and eSIM solutions. You will be the main point of contact for existing and new clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, contract renewals, and upsell opportunities while aligning client needs with Vodafone’s product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and nurture relationships with current clients, acting as the primary contact for inquiries and issues.
• Lead the renewal process for existing contracts and identify upsell opportunities to expand service scope.
• Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring seamless integration of Vodafone’s roaming and eSIM services.
• Analyze client data to provide insights, recommendations, and reports for account growth.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align offerings with client requirements.
• Gather and act on client feedback to continuously improve service quality and satisfaction scores.
• Identify automation opportunities to increase efficiency in account management processes.
• Manage relationships with platform vendors (e.g., Kore) and monitor their performance.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with extensive telecom sales experience.
• Deep understanding of the telecom landscape, especially roaming and eSIM solutions.
• Proven track record in account management, renewals, and upselling.
• Strong analytical skills for data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
