Account Manager – SMB+ Portfolio (m/f/d)

About the role

You will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of SMB+ customers, ensuring their satisfaction while driving revenue growth through upselling and cross‑selling. The role combines account management, business development and performance reporting in a fast‑moving ICT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing SMB+ customer accounts, building trust‑based relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify and execute upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to increase portfolio value.
• Secure contract renewals and continuously grow the existing customer base.
• Prospect new customers via cold calls, events and networking to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Present and promote cegecom solutions such as Cloud, Connectivity, Voice, Security and Data Center services.
• Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
• Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs, tracking activity, pipeline and forecasts in CRM tools.
• Report on customer feedback, market trends and competitive insights to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in ICT, telecom or managed services.
• Proven track record of upselling, cross‑selling and portfolio growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strong motivation, resilience and a team‑oriented, sporty mindset.
• Fluency in French and English; Luxembourgish or German is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting.
