Account Manager – Mid-Market (Italian Speaker, 12‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager for our Mid‑Market segment who is fluent in Italian. The role is a 12‑month fixed‑term position based in a hybrid model from our London or Luxembourg office. You will own a portfolio of Mid‑Market customers, driving retention, expansion and long‑term value.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily contact with assigned Mid‑Market accounts, building influential relationships and monitoring product adoption.
• Manage post‑sale engagements, lead multi‑threaded conversations and negotiate renewals and expansions with manager support.
• Provide weekly and rolling forecasts, keeping Salesforce (SFDC) up‑to‑date.
• Monitor account health, identify risks, and coordinate mitigation with internal stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor, tailoring renewal strategies to each customer’s needs.
• Conduct Strategic Business Reviews to discuss achievements, growth opportunities and improvement areas.
• Track engagement metrics using SFDC, Gainsight, Gong and other tools.
• Build an expansion pipeline focused on upselling product add‑ons and meet expansion targets.
• Log feature requests, update account notes and collaborate with Professional Services when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or customer success within a fast‑paced SaaS environment.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high‑volume portfolio and achieve quota or portfolio targets.
• Experience developing business plans and using data‑driven insights throughout the customer journey.
