About the role
As an Account Manager at Odoo you will be the primary commercial contact for a portfolio of existing clients. You will build long‑term relationships, ensure customer satisfaction and help clients achieve success with Odoo solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of around 250 existing clients, acting as their trusted Odoo adviser.
- Understand client needs, identify upsell opportunities and guide them toward the appropriate Odoo package.
- Demonstrate new apps, features and versions through impactful product presentations.
- Secure contract renewals and negotiate upgrade agreements, from monthly plans to multi‑year commitments.
- Collaborate with internal Odoo teams or external partners depending on the service model required.
Required profile
- Business degree (Bachelor or Master).
- Strong relational and negotiation abilities.
- C1 proficiency in both French and English.
- Excellent organizational skills to handle a large client portfolio.
- 0‑3 years of experience in IT sales.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
