Account Manager (FR/DE/EN) – Luxembourg

About the role

We are seeking a multilingual Account Manager to join a leading captive insurance group in Luxembourg. The role involves managing the full (re)insurance portfolio of assigned captives, ensuring accurate administration, compliance, and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Control and register all reinsurance agreements for inbound and outbound business.
• Accept or reject policies according to agreements and record them in the system in detail.
• Verify that premiums are paid to the captive on schedule.
• Perform daily bookkeeping, update and monitor client bank accounts.
• Manage cash‑flow and arrange necessary investments per client agreements.
• Prepare tax and VAT returns to meet local regulatory requirements.
• Compile reports and coordinate reporting to the Commissariat aux Assurances and other authorities.
• Monitor exposure regularly in line with the board‑approved risk appetite and risk‑management policies.

Required profile

• Strong accounting knowledge and numerical insight.
• Fluent in German, French and English.
• Reliable, entrepreneurial mindset and a team‑player attitude.
• Comfortable working in a multinational environment.
