3PL Commercial & Supply Chain Development Specialist

About the role

As a 3PL Commercial & Supply Chain Development Specialist you will shape how logistics creates value across the business. You will ensure end‑to‑end visibility of costs, performance and inventory while linking Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse logistics costs, service levels, inventory and operational flows to provide performance visibility.
• Build and maintain analytical models that deliver transparency on freight, warehousing and logistics expenses.
• Identify improvement opportunities, support strategic decisions and contribute to the evolution of the distribution model.
• Monitor trends, flag risks and translate data into actionable insights for route‑to‑market optimisation.
• Strengthen inventory control by analysing stock ageing, supporting accuracy improvements and turnover.
• Manage the procure‑to‑pay cycle for logistics, validate costs and ensure alignment with budgets.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in Supply Chain, commercial, industrial or warehouse operations.
• Hands‑on experience with budgeting, forecasting and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under closing‑period pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative mindset.
