Warehouse Associate – Logistics and Distribution Operations

About the role

We are seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to support daily logistics, inventory, shipping, receiving and fulfillment operations for a growing distribution company. The position is on‑site across multiple locations and offers a stable, full‑time environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unload, sort and store incoming goods.
• Pick, pack, label and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks, containers, pallets and delivery vehicles.
• Move freight, stock and materials within the warehouse using pallet jacks, hand trucks and scanners.
• Check inventory, update stock records and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse following company safety procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, fulfillment or material handling (preferred).
• Ability to lift, carry and organize packages throughout the shift.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends or overtime.
• Legal authorization to work in the USA.

Required skills

• Forklift operation or certification (advantageous).
• Pallet jack operation.
• Warehouse scanner usage.
