Technical Project Manager – Freelance (HPC/AI Infrastructure)

About the role

We are looking for a Freelance Technical Project Manager to bridge the gap between our Presales and Operations teams on high‑performance computing (HPC), AI and infrastructure projects. You will translate commercial offers into clear, executable plans and ensure smooth delivery across Production, Delivery and Deploy groups.

Key responsibilities

• Support Presales in technical qualification, turning commercial write‑ups into actionable project plans.
• Plan and manage schedules, resources, dependencies and risks using Jira as the reference tool.
• Coordinate activities across Production, Delivery and Deploy to ensure timely information flow.
• Serve as the main customer contact for progress, milestones and acceptance.
• Develop systematic qualification checklists and improve hand‑over processes between Presales and Operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, STEM or Management with a strong technical component, or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of experience in project management or technical coordination within IT infrastructure, datacenter, systems integration or HPC/AI.
• Mid‑level autonomy on standard projects; not required to be a vertical specialist.
• Project‑management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are a plus.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of servers, storage, networking and cluster environments.
• Familiarity with HPC and AI infrastructure concepts.
• Proficiency with Jira for schedule and milestone tracking.
