Tax Associate

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Tax Associate to join the Tax Practice of an international law firm based in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will provide bespoke legal advice on a broad spectrum of tax matters and support both Luxembourg‑specific and cross‑border tax projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Luxembourg tax and corporate advice tailored to client needs.
• Share in‑depth expertise to strengthen team knowledge and structures.
• Manage team members on strategic tax initiatives and monitor national and European tax legislation.
• Conduct legal research on national and cross‑border tax legislation and case law.

Required profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a leading law firm, preferably in Luxembourg.
• Qualified lawyer (CCDL and/or foreign bar qualification) or willingness to sit for the bar exam.
• Fluent in English and French; German is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and drafting abilities.
