Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of software development initiatives within a dynamic enterprise environment. This is an exciting opportunity to drive complex projects, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high‑quality software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of software delivery across multiple workstreams and applications, from technical architecture through production deployment.
• Coordinate project execution using Agile and Kanban methodologies while ensuring efficient workflow management.
• Manage cross‑application dependencies, monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare clear and concise project status updates and management reports.
• Coach and support delivery teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and QA Leads to align priorities and ensure successful outcomes.
• Drive delivery excellence by ensuring projects meet quality, timeline, and business expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager within software development environments.
• Strong expertise in Agile delivery, Kanban practices, WIP management, flow metrics, and cross‑team dependency management.
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics in a clear and business‑oriented manner.
• Solid understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering through testing and deployment.
• Previous experience in large enterprise or banking environments.
• Hands‑on software engineering background, ideally with Java development experience.
• Strong knowledge of software quality assurance and test automation.
