Senior Program Manager – Datacenter Move & Infrastructure Transformation

About the role

The client in Luxembourg seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead a strategic infrastructure transformation and datacenter migration program. This senior delivery leader will coordinate technical experts, external suppliers, and business stakeholders to ensure governance, risk management, and service continuity throughout the lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated transformation plan.
• Manage Risks, Actions, Issues and Dependencies (RAID).
• Coordinate Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Security and Operations teams.
• Manage suppliers and ensure delivery alignment across all workstreams.
• Prepare, facilitate, and lead governance committees and steering forums.
• Produce executive‑level reporting and program status updates.
• Handle escalations and support critical decision‑making processes.
• Drive testing, migration, cut‑over, hand‑over, and hyper‑care activities.
• Ensure service continuity throughout the transformation program.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in program management and large‑scale transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience leading complex infrastructure transformation programs and strategic technology initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams and coordinate multiple suppliers.
• Excellent governance, planning, reporting, and risk management capabilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in business‑critical environments and drive execution across multiple workstreams.
