Senior Data Analyst – Operational Tax Team

About the role

PwC Luxembourg is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join its Operational Tax team. You will act as the bridge between tax experts and technology, turning complex data challenges into scalable, automated solutions that support clients’ tax reporting and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end transformation projects, from initial analysis and solution design through implementation, training and communication.
• Translate business needs into data solutions by collaborating with Operational Tax and Fund Administration stakeholders, mapping data flows, identifying pain points and producing functional and technical specifications.
• Analyse, cleanse and model large, complex datasets to uncover trends, interpret patterns and support decision‑making.
• Orchestrate data collection from multiple sources, build dashboards and ongoing reports, and ensure the right information reaches the right people.
• Visualise findings and present results to stakeholders, discussing actionable next steps.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with strong analytical mindset and experience in data‑driven environments.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with tax, finance and IT teams.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
