Senior Associate Investor Reporting

About the role

PwC Luxembourg is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Investor Reporting team. You will support international clients by preparing and reviewing tax and regulatory reporting for investment funds, ensuring compliance with local and global requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review investor tax and regulatory reporting for UCITS and alternative investment funds, including German tax reporting.
• Analyse investment fund accounting data, calculate tax figures, and produce final reporting deliverables.
• Collaborate on digital transformation initiatives, exploring automation, data analytics and AI‑powered solutions to improve efficiency.
• Respond to client tax queries across international frameworks at the investor, fund and investment levels.
• Work closely with tax, accounting and asset‑management teams in Luxembourg and worldwide.
• Contribute to regulatory reporting such as Solvency II, AIFMD, VAG, SFDR and CRR.
• Manage, support and develop junior team members.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, management or law with a focus on tax legislation.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an international tax department of a commercial company or an audit/tax firm, preferably within the fund industry.
• Proven ability to handle complex tax reporting and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior collaborators.
