Python Coding Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

About the role

This freelance position is aimed at Python experts who want to help shape the next generation of large language models. You will work remotely, creating and evaluating high‑quality training data that improves the reasoning and coding abilities of AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with AI models on advanced Python programming and software‑engineering tasks.
• Review generated code for accuracy, efficiency, readability, and adherence to best practices.
• Test model outputs across algorithms, data structures, OOP, asynchronous programming, APIs, cloud systems, and debugging.
• Document reproducible failure cases and provide detailed feedback to enhance model performance.
• Support the refinement of evaluation methods and prompt‑engineering strategies.
• Communicate technical reasoning clearly, explaining approaches and improvement suggestions.

Required profile

• Professional experience with Python and solid software‑engineering fundamentals.
• Background in algorithms, data structures, backend or frontend development, system programming, cloud or distributed systems.
• Familiarity with debugging, code review, API integration, secure coding, and software architecture.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and clear written communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, project‑based environment.
