Portfolio Controller – Private Equity & Infrastructure

About the role

DTCP is seeking a motivated Portfolio Controller to join its Infrastructure strategy team in Luxembourg. You will support fund operations, reporting and the execution of digital infrastructure investments within a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements under IFRS and local GAAP.
• Calculate NAV, reconcile fund accounts and monitor cash flows, capital calls and distributions.
• Track financial performance of portfolio companies and maintain fund‑level and asset‑level data.
• Prepare investor reports, capital account statements and performance summaries.
• Support investment and divestment transactions from a finance perspective, including capital calls and drawdowns.
• Liaise with fund administrators, custodians and auditors to ensure compliance and internal controls.
• Maintain and improve financial models, templates and reporting tools.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in fund administration or a Big 4 environment.
• Solid understanding of financial processes, LuxGaap and IFRS.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a small team.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
