Junior IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer with strong English communication skills to provide remote expert support and later collaborate on‑site with a major client’s IT team. You will join a multicultural, international environment and contribute to high‑value IT projects.

Key responsibilities

• Handle Service Desk calls, manage incident resolution workflows and support end users.
• Create, manage and automate tickets in ServiceNow, improving workflow efficiency.
• Automate existing processes, including ticket creation and management.
• Produce regular reporting on service delivery activities.
• Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs and user manuals.

Required profile

• University degree in IT or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT user support.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• ServiceNow ticketing and workflow automation.
• Confluence and Jira for collaboration and issue tracking.
• System administration on Linux and Windows, including backup and restore.
• Knowledge of cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Experience with task automation and DevOps practices.
