Junior Accountant – German Speaker

About the role

Join PwC Luxembourg’s Tax & Accounting practice as a Junior Accountant with a focus on German‑speaking clients. You will work closely with senior accountants and tax specialists, delivering accurate bookkeeping, tax filings and financial reporting for a diverse portfolio of local and international businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and assist in preparing annual accounts and financial statements.
• Contribute to the preparation of corporate income tax and VAT returns in line with Luxembourg regulations.
• Support regulatory and investor reporting deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Prepare and file obligations with relevant authorities.
• Collaborate with senior team members to resolve accounting or tax‑related questions.
• Use accounting tools and Microsoft Excel to analyse data and support day‑to‑day deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, taxation or a related field (completed or in progress).
• First experience in an accounting or tax environment (fiduciaire or similar).
• Professional working proficiency in German (CEFR B2 or higher).
• Professional working proficiency in French (CEFR B2 or higher).
