Growth Marketing & Business Operations Associate

About the role

You will own R3's marketing execution and support CRM operations, managing the website, social channels, lead funnel and data reporting. Reporting to the Head of Business Operations, you’ll help tell R3’s story and keep commercial data clean and actionable.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive R3's LinkedIn presence, drafting, scheduling and publishing content while managing the broader website and social media footprint.
• Support R3's SEO strategy through keyword research, on‑page optimisation, content planning and performance tracking.
• Produce and schedule marketing content and assist with event and campaign communications.
• Maintain HubSpot CRM data hygiene, generate reports and manage pipeline dashboards.
• Execute the lead‑funnel process: identify and score MQLs, run nurture sequences, handoff leads to the commercial team and report on funnel performance.
• Analyse marketing and commercial data to deliver clear insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers as required.

Required profile

• Approximately 2 years of experience in a marketing role; communications or operations experience a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with website tools and social media, able to draft content independently.
• Working knowledge of SEO principles and tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs or SEMrush.
• Experience with lead‑funnel or demand‑generation execution (MQL scoring, nurture flows) is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable turning numbers into actionable insights.
• Fluent English; German or French a plus.
