Founding Partner

About the role

BrandNoir is seeking a Founding Partner to co‑design and execute its marketplace‑native brand strategy. Based in Luxembourg, you will join the seed‑stage team and help build, scale and eventually exit consumer brands across Amazon and key European marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Define category selection, brand creation, product sourcing, pricing and positioning.
• Oversee day‑to‑day marketplace operations: listings, optimisation, margin management, inventory planning and cross‑border logistics.
• Lead performance‑marketing initiatives including PPC campaign management, SEO and conversion‑rate optimisation.
• Establish processes, KPIs and reporting for the brand portfolio.
• Support fundraising activities, investor communications and strategic decisions on brand exits.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Amazon/marketplace operator (FBA, listings, margin management, sourcing, inventory planning).
• Hands‑on performance‑marketing expertise (PPC, SEO, CRO) with data‑driven scaling.
• Background in building consumer brands and launching products across multiple markets.
• Founder or early‑stage operator mindset with resilience and comfort with equity‑based compensation.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, understanding unit economics and portfolio profitability.
• Fluent English; additional European languages and experience in Luxembourg or the EU are a plus.
