Financial Controller

About the role

CAE Aviation is expanding its financial team and is looking for a Financial Controller to support budgeting, reporting and financial stability across its aerial surveillance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the annual budget and monitor daily financial activities.
• Participate in forecasting future financial performance.
• Monitor organizational projects that involve financial resources.
• Recommend policy or procedural changes to improve financial results.
• Ensure financial stability and create control tables.
• Assist in the preparation of month‑end closing and financial statements.
• Perform miscellaneous financial tasks as required.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate diploma in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
• First professional experience in accounting or audit.
• Fluency in French and good knowledge of English.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of the BOB accounting software (a plus).
