Financial Controller – Global Industrial Leader

About the role

Join a world‑renowned industrial leader in Luxembourg City as a Financial Controller. Reporting to the Financial Management team, you will play a key part in steering financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, conduct variance analysis, and produce monthly/quarterly financial reports.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver strategic insights for executive decision‑making.
• Contribute to the optimisation of financial steering tools and streamline data workflows.
• Ensure adherence to internal financial procedures and coordinate with external auditors.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Audit or a related field.
• Previous experience in the industrial sector is highly desired.
• Full professional fluency in English; French or German is an asset.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP.
