Event Coordinator Trainee Internship

About the role

Join the Training & Event Organisation (TEO) team at PwC Luxembourg as an Event Coordinator Trainee. Over a six‑month period (October 2026 – March 2027) you will support the planning and execution of internal and external events across Luxembourg and the EMEA region, gaining hands‑on experience in the full event lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, logistics and timeline management for a variety of events.
• Source and coordinate venues, accommodation, catering and activity providers.
• Manage event registrations and communicate relevant information to participants.
• Coordinate transportation, materials and onsite requirements.
• Liaise with speakers, suppliers and participants to ensure expectations are met.
• Support financial tracking, invoice processing and budget monitoring.
• Provide onsite and virtual support during events to ensure a smooth participant experience.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Event Management, Communication, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field.
• Available for a six‑month internship with a valid university agreement.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong interest in event organisation and project coordination.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
