Event and Community Manager – Space Resources

About the role

Join the European Space Resources Innovation Centre (ESRIC) as an Event and Community Manager. You will lead the organisation of flagship events and drive community engagement for cutting‑edge space‑resource research.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and execute the annual Space Resources Week, coordinating partners, sponsors and the programme committee.
• Design and deliver stakeholder community‑building actions such as workshops and networking events.
• Manage internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with LSA, ESA and LIST partners.
• Maintain ESRIC’s brand, website and social‑media channels.
• Handle media relations and create presentation materials for various audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in innovation, technology or research‑focused communication.
• Autonomous, organised, flexible and able to work with multiple partners on complex topics.
