DevOps Engineer – Private Bank (Luxembourg)

About the role

We are seeking an Integration & DevOps Engineer to join a leading international wealth and asset management group in Luxembourg. The role sits at the intersection of application delivery, infrastructure and operational excellence, driving modern, cloud-native solutions for a private bank.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy application integration projects across Development, Test, UAT and Production environments.
• Coordinate releases, change-management and governance processes to ensure controlled software delivery.
• Manage technical dependencies, risks and stakeholder expectations in complex environments.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to define architectures, deployment strategies and operational requirements.
• Promote continuous-improvement through automation, root-cause analysis and operational-excellence practices.
• Support cloud-native and containerised platforms using Kubernetes, OpenShift, GitOps and CI/CD methodologies.

Required profile

• 3-7 years of experience in application integration, DevOps, release management or IT operations.
• Proven ability to bridge development and operations, delivering secure, reliable and efficient solutions.
• Motivated, versatile professional who contributes to modernisation and continuous improvement of enterprise IT platforms.
