Data & AI Senior Associate

About the role

Join PwC’s Data & AI team within Advisory, focused on Financial Services Transformation. You will work with banks, asset managers and fund industry clients to turn data into a strategic asset and drive end‑to‑end transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse data capture, structure, transformation and consumption across business processes and systems.
• Design and document data architectures on the Microsoft stack (Azure Data Factory, OneLake, Microsoft Fabric).
• Support data‑governance initiatives, including ownership, lineage, quality and cataloguing (Microsoft Purview).
• Prepare functional and technical specifications for client IT teams, covering integration patterns, APIs, streaming and databases.
• Translate complex data concepts into business‑friendly outputs such as Power BI dashboards and management reports.
• Build and deploy solutions on the Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Apps) and Azure AI Foundry.
• Contribute to commercial proposals, client demos and alliance initiatives with technology partners, especially Microsoft.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management or a related field.
• Strong consulting mindset with experience delivering data, analytics or AI projects.
• Ability to engage stakeholders, define transformation road‑maps and support implementation.
