AI-Native Product Delivery Manager

About the role

Hydrosat is building a space‑based thermal infrared observation platform. The AI‑Native Product Delivery Manager will own the operating system that turns product decisions into shipped, high‑quality features while embedding AI‑first practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Translate roadmap priorities into detailed engineering requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Own the UX handoff process, ensuring polished interactions and resolved edge cases.
• Manage sprint execution, track delivery against commitments, and proactively flag risks.
• Coordinate dependencies across engineering, data science, and other teams.
• Run the operating cadence: stand‑ups, sprint reviews, status updates, and launch readiness.
• Prioritise customer requests and provide transparent timelines to stakeholders.
• Introduce AI prototyping and automation tools into the product workflow.
• Identify manual workflows, build proofs of concept for agentic automation, and drive AI adoption across the product team.
• Collaborate with engineering on AI‑enabled product capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end product features in a product organization.
• Strong partnership experience with software and data engineering teams.
• Ability to translate high‑level strategy into actionable delivery plans.
