Structured Lending Advisor – Executive Director

About the role

Join J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Luxembourg as a Structured Lending Advisor at the Executive Director level. You will manage the most complex borrowing relationships for ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients, delivering bespoke credit solutions across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Originate credit leads from prospects and existing clients and lead credit marketing initiatives for the European market.
• Partner with client advisory professionals to uncover financing needs and design innovative loan or restructuring solutions.
• Act as the internal sales leader for credit products, coordinating with market managers, bankers and investors.
• Develop creative financing structures within acceptable risk parameters and analyze client capital structures.
• Underwrite and execute loan and derivative structures, supervising credit approval memos and due‑diligence processes.
• Recommend pricing, review documentation and monitor portfolio risk to maintain high quality.
• Support the development and retention of junior team members.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in credit, financial instruments and derivatives transactions.
• Proven leadership experience within a private‑banking or wealth‑management environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑based setting.
