Talent Acquisition Manager – Recruitment Strategy Lead

About the role

Join PwC Luxembourg’s Talent Attraction & Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Manager. You will partner with senior leaders, HR colleagues and service‑line heads to shape hiring strategies that support business growth and enhance the candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and continuously evolve the Talent Acquisition strategy across all service lines and the Acceleration Center.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and the TAA Coordinator, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Align recruitment activities with business demand, balancing priorities and resources to deliver measurable hiring outcomes.
• Transform recruitment data into actionable insights for workforce planning and talent attraction.
• Improve selection, interview and offer processes to ensure an efficient, inclusive, high‑quality candidate experience.
• Drive change initiatives and operational improvements to increase scalability and sustainability of TA activities.
• Advise senior stakeholders on talent market trends, recruitment challenges and strategic hiring opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 3 years leading recruitment teams.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment in complex, fast‑evolving, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management, change management and continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English.
