Senior Compliance Officer (f/m/d)

About the role

As a senior member of the Compliance Team at a leading asset‑management firm, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing and mitigating compliance risks across a wide range of investment products. You will work independently on complex topics while supporting the broader business with pragmatic, solution‑oriented advice.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee compliance risk assessments, conflict‑of‑interest management and the AML/CTF framework.
• Maintain and review the company’s policy framework to ensure alignment with internal and public regulations.
• Design, deliver and customise regulatory and company‑specific training programmes.
• Plan, conduct and document internal AML and corporate compliance audits, and follow up on remediation actions.
• Drive automation and digitalisation of compliance processes, leveraging tooling and data‑driven solutions.
• Monitor Luxembourg regulatory developments and ensure timely implementation of new requirements.
• Prepare compliance reporting and support interactions with auditors and other control functions.

Required profile

• Several years of professional experience in compliance, AML or risk within Luxembourg, preferably in asset management, AIFM or UCITS environments.
• Strong knowledge of AIFMD, UCITS and Luxembourg supervisory requirements (CSSF circulars, AML/CFT obligations).
• Proven ability to work independently, own complex topics and drive them to completion.
• High affinity for process optimisation, automation and digital tools.
