Product Designer

About the role

Magrid, an award‑winning deep‑tech company in Luxembourg, is looking for a Product Designer to own the end‑to‑end experience of its student mobile applications and teacher/admin dashboards. You will work on a research‑driven, inclusive learning platform that supports diverse linguistic and cognitive needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own the UX for new and existing features across mobile, tablet, and web dashboards.
• Translate product requirements into structured user journeys and interaction flows.
• Create low‑ and high‑fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system.
• Improve usability of complex, multi‑role dashboards.
• Ensure accessibility for children with cognitive differences.
• Apply inclusive design principles consistently.
• Collaborate closely with developers for technically aligned implementation.
• Document UX decisions clearly for engineering handoff.
• Contribute to onboarding flow optimisation and retention improvements.
• Use product analytics and user feedback to iterate designs.
• Participate in product discovery and feature prioritisation.
• Work effectively within an agile, cross‑functional environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS or EdTech.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Experience designing complex dashboards and multi‑role systems.
• Understanding of product thinking, system‑level design, user flows, and inclusive design principles.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, customer success, pedagogical experts, and engineering teams.
