About the role
PwC Luxembourg is looking for a proactive Procurement Officer to join its Procurement team. You will be involved in the full purchasing lifecycle, from supplier onboarding to contract negotiation and Procure‑to‑Pay execution, supporting strategic sourcing initiatives across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing activities, including the preparation and management of RFPs.
- Conduct spend analysis and develop cost‑reduction strategies.
- Create and maintain a category management roadmap for assigned categories.
- Identify and propose process and policy optimisations.
- Update the procurement database on a daily basis.
- Review contracts and negotiate terms with suppliers.
Required profile
- Master’s degree specialised in Procurement or Supply Chain.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a procurement function.
- Experience with IT purchasing categories is a plus.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Strong analytical mindset, independent work style and team‑player attitude.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
