Manager US & CRS Tax Compliance – Private Equity Funds

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager to lead US and CRS tax compliance for private equity and other private market investment structures. The role involves advising on complex tax matters, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting fund launches and ongoing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support investment fund practices by advising on US tax compliance, CRS reporting, and private equity structures.
• Provide technically strong, commercially focused input across a broad range of US fund matters.
• Review complex fund structures to ensure compliance with US tax regulations for funds and investors.
• Advise on US tax reporting requirements, including K‑1 schedules and investor disclosures.
• Support fund structuring, launches, and ongoing operational tax matters.
• Act as the technical point of contact for internal stakeholders and investors.
• Identify and manage US tax risks and compliance obligations.
• Contribute to process improvement and best practices within the tax function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Taxation, Economics or related field; LL.M. or tax law knowledge is a plus.
• In‑depth knowledge of CRS and US taxation, especially for private market funds.
• Professional experience with a Big Four firm or an international tax consultancy.
• Experience in US tax compliance for fund investments and interest in international tax matters.
• Analytical, goal‑oriented mindset with strong multitasking ability.
• Team player with strong customer focus and attention to detail.
• Interest in working in an intercultural environment.
