Lecturer / Senior Lecturer / Assistant Professor – Dietetics

About the role

LUNEX University of Applied Sciences is seeking a motivated dietician to join its international faculty on a full‑time, tenure‑track basis. The appointment can be at Lecturer, Senior Lecturer or Assistant Professor level, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and coordinate learning modules for the Nutrition, Fitness and Health programme.
• Contribute to curriculum development, quality enhancement and academic governance.
• Engage in interdisciplinary research activities and publish in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Participate in student mentorship, dietary counselling sessions and related academic events.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a relevant field; PhD considered an advantage.
• Strong educational and clinical background in Dietetics.
• Demonstrated ability to teach at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Research track record with publications in relevant journals.
• Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).

• Knowledge of Biomedical Sciences.
• Expertise in Nutrient Metabolism.
• Clinical Nutrition proficiency.
• Experience in Diet therapy.
• Dietary counselling skills.
