About the role

The National Health Fund (CNS) is seeking a qualified lawyer to join its Legal Coordination Department. This full‑time position involves providing legal expertise to support the Fund’s activities in health, maternity, and dependency insurance.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt and draft the statutes of the National Health Fund.
• Participate in conventional negotiations with health‑care providers.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on national and international social‑security law, administrative law, and related matters.
• Prepare legal letters and opinions.
• Represent the Fund before social‑security courts, judicial bodies, and other authorities.
• Advise and assist operational teams.
• Contribute to the daily administrative management of the department.

Required profile

• EU citizenship.
• Master’s degree in law, recognised under current legislation.
• Legal training; a complementary certificate in Luxembourg law (CCDL) is an asset.
• Several years of experience at the Bar is an asset.
• Fluent oral and written communication in French, German, Luxembourgish and English.
• Autonomous, organized and able to set priorities.
• Strong relational skills, team spirit and effective communication.
• Ability to work under pressure, with initiative, rigor and versatility.
• Proficiency with standard office and IT tools.
