Junior Lawyer

About the role

BDO Luxembourg is seeking a motivated Junior Lawyer to join its corporate law team. You will work closely with senior lawyers and clients, providing advice on a wide range of Luxembourg corporate matters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and advise clients on company incorporations, liquidations, and cross‑border restructurings such as mergers, demergers, capital transactions and migrations.
• Draft, review and finalise corporate documents and agreements.
• Prepare for and actively participate in client meetings.
• Conduct legal research on specific Luxembourg corporate law topics.
• Contribute to the development of internal knowledge and expertise.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Law, preferably with a focus on corporate or civil law.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience in corporate law.
• Fluent in French and English; German proficiency is a plus.
• Proactive, curious and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and a sense of humor.
